What Is Harvest Hosts?

Harvest Hosts is a community of roughly 250,000 RVers who trade crowded campground lots for something more interesting. Instead of a nightly fee, members stay overnight at small businesses that welcome self-contained RVs — a vineyard in Paso Robles, an alpaca farm in Montana, a craft brewery a few miles off the interstate.

There's no camping fee. The expectation is that you support your host by buying a bottle of wine, some produce, or a gift-shop souvenir — and 100% of that stays with the business.

One requirement: your rig needs to be self-contained, with an interior toilet and onboard waste tanks. Motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, camper vans, truck campers, and teardrops all qualify.
